Prices and currency of the website
All prices on L’Imperium du Collectionneur are indicated in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes, delivery charges or customs fees.
For Canadian buyers, taxes are automatically added to any invoice based on the shipping address.
The final amount of an order is also in Canadian dollars.
The payment methods accepted on L’Imperium du Collectionneur are Paypal and Visa/Mastercard (via Paypal).
Shipping
Do expect 2 to 3 business days for us to gather and process your order. Delivery delays depend on the destination.
All deliveries are made via Canada Post.
Every order over $75 CAD (before taxes) is shipped with a tracking number and insurance for your protection.
All orders between 0$ and 74.99$ (before taxes) will be shipped via Canada Post with shipping confirmation, but without tracking number.
Shipping costs
Delivery within Canada:
6.95$ for all ordering NOT containing ROLLS NOR CHARLTON CATALOGUES, between $0.01 and $249.99 (before taxes)
12.95$ for all orders containing ROLLS or CHARLTON CATALOGUES, between $0.01 and $249.99 (before taxes) – with tracking number for shipping
Free shipping for all orders over 250$ (before taxes) – with tracking number
Delivery in the United States (USA):
9.95$CAD for any order of 500$CAD and less (before taxes)
Free shipping on all orders over 500$CAD (before taxes)
The buyer is responsible for any payment of customs duties.
Return/Refund Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
The Imperium du Collectionneur also takes care of the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect item, defective, etc.).
Refunds will be made within four (4) weeks of your package being returned to the return shipper. This period includes the return time, the time it takes us to process your request once we receive it, and the refund processing time (depending on the payment method).
If you wish to request a refund, send us an email and we will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that we are not responsible for the item until it arrives at our address, whether it is lost or damaged. Please ensure that your item is securely packaged. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Typographical errors
The Imperium du Collectionneur’s website has been created in record time (yeah!) by imperfect human beings :).
There may be errors in descriptions, photos and prices. The Imperium du Collectionneur reserves the right to cancel any order that we believe contains errors. We will contact you by email in such a situation with, possibly, another alternative or the possibility to pay the difference for the product, in case of price error. If you choose to cancel the order or no response is received from you within five (5) days of our communication, you will be automatically refunded via the paid method.
Photos and purchases
Images used on L’Imperium du Collectionneur can be products from our archived or picture used as examples of products sold. Therefore, it may not be the exact product you receive.
Collectionneur Points
Each purchase on the website allows you to accumulate Collectionneur points. These points can be redeemed for merchandise on the site. Each 100 Collector points is equal to $1 CAD in reward value.
You must earn 500 points before redeeming for merchandise. The payment transaction by points is done during the payment of the order.
Imperium du Collectionneur reserves the right, without notice and at any time, to modify, withdraw or terminate the Collectionneur Points redemption and accumulation program.
Collectionneur Points do not have face value and their use cannot be combined with any other promotion.
